You get it back
The ₹19,999 service fee comes back in full if no university on your preference list, on the ILC list or not, makes you an offer.
Your list needs at least five universities, at least two of them from the ILC list, so that it is a real application strategy and not a lottery ticket.Half the success fee you have paid, ₹90,000 plus the GST on it, comes back if your F-1 visa is refused for a reason not attributable to you.
Half, not all, because US student-visa refusals are common and the admission work is complete by then. None of it comes back if you have deferred the offer to a later intake.Within 14 days of approval, to the payment method you used.

- You receive an offer from any university on your preference list, on the ILC list or not
- You leave the process yourself after the first shortlist has been shared
- You decline an offer from a university on your list. The ₹19,999 is not refunded; you owe a success fee only if you accept an offer from the ILC list.
- You defer an accepted offer to a later intake. The success fee stays due and none of it is refunded, even if a later visa is refused.

Does this guarantee an Ivy League admission?
No. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. What the charter does guarantee is the money: if no university on your preference list makes you an offer, the ₹19,999 comes back, and the ₹1,80,000 is only ever due if you accept an offer from a university on the ILC list.
Why does my list need other US universities on it?
Because a list of only the most selective universities is a lottery ticket, not a strategy. The charter asks for at least five universities, at least two of them from the ILC list. The others are US universities that fit your profile, applied to with the same care, and an offer from any of them carries no success fee.
Which universities carry the success fee?
The 49 on the ILC list: the eight Ivy League universities; the Ivy Plus (Chicago, Duke, MIT, Stanford); the 30 Public Ivies named by Greene and Greene; and the seven Little Ivies that take graduate students. Main campuses only. The full list is Annex A of the charter.
Is it for Master's, MBA or Bachelor's?
Master's and MBA programmes. Undergraduate applications to US universities run on a different system and are not part of this charter.
What is not included?
Test fees (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo), each university’s application fee, the SEVIS fee and the visa fee. You pay those directly. Test preparation is available separately on our Test Prep page.
What if my US visa is refused?
If it is refused for a reason not down to you, half the success fee you paid comes back: ₹90,000 plus the GST on it. Half, because US student-visa refusals are common and the admission work is done by then. If you defer an accepted offer to a later intake, the success fee stays due and none of it is refunded.
When should I start?
Most graduate programmes at these universities admit once a year, for the autumn intake, and their deadlines commonly fall between December and February. Starting nine to twelve months ahead leaves time for tests, essays and recommendations.
